Requirements:
2 Years of experience in a similar role
Previous experience of events catering management
The right person for the role must be highly motivated and able to work well alone and within a team. Reporting to the General Manager & Head of Operations, the Operations Manager (OP) will be responsible for the logistics, planning and delivering of all events. Working with the sales team, the OP will assist with tastings and develop good client relationships to ensure the smooth delivery of events onsite. The OP will be responsible for developing standard operating procedures across the company, assisting the General Manager managing the Health and Safety of all employees as well as optimising profitability of the events through competitive analysis of hire, staffing and logistics companies.
