Role Description
As an Operations Manager at Fin, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring efficient and timely deliveries while upholding our commitment to sustainability.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, and operations, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
Deep understanding of route optimization and real-time tracking systems.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
A passion for sustainability and a commitment to eco-friendly practices in logistics.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
