Purosearch are proud to announce an urgent requirement for an Operations Manager / Regional Manager / Area Manager to work for a wonderful autism / learning disability care provider who have homes in the Kent region.
As Learning Disabilities / Autism Care Operations Manager / Regional Manager you will oversee the management of learning disabilities supported living serviced and care homes.
You will oversee home managers / service managers and ensure learning disabilities services remain compliant and ensure care provision to people with learning disabilities / autism is delivered to a very high standard.
As Operations Manager / Regional Manager / Area Manager you will be a focal point for Home Managers and Supported Living Managers with regards to all issues relating to care provision, health issues and business matters.
As Operations Manager / Regional Manager / Area Manager you will play a key part in the continued provision of excellent care and the on-going success of care homes.
Operations Manager / Regional Manager / Area Manager candidates must be fully aware of CQC standards and you must have very thorough knowledge of the learning disability / autism care sector.
Operations Manager / Operations Manager / Area Manager Job Requirements: -
•Strong knowledge of autism / learning disabilities care sector
•Operations management experience
•Extensive managerial experience in the learning disabilities / autism care sector
•Strong CQC knowledge
•Knowledge of residential homes and supported living / domiciliary care agencies
