More about your role


This is a new leisure facility boasting a 8 lane swimming pool, 200-station gym, exercise studios, Clip ‘n' climb and a Costa Coffee of 100 covers


 


As an Operations Manager you will support the General Manager in achieving their objectives by leading the Operations Team including Duty Managers. You'll deputise for the General Manager in their absence and ensure the effective day to day running of the leisure centre is of an exceptional standard.


This will include maintaining a high profile shop floor presence and a high level of interaction with staff and customers as we as responding efficiently and quickly to all staff and customer concerns, feeding back key information to the General Manager.

More about you


The following are skills that will be essential for this role:



  • Comprehension of Microsoft Office products including word and excel

  • Pool Plant Operators Certificate

  • First Aid Qualification or equivilent

  • Management experience
