Operations Manager

We are currently working with the Industrial Business Unit of a world-leading engineering organization looking for an Operations Leader to take responsibility and lead the operations for one of their most critical sites going through a massive transformation. This business division develops and manufactures solutions for complex machines.

While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required.

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and driven leader with experience as an Operations Manager in a facility undergoing a transformation. They should be comfortable in a matrix organization and have a proven track record of implementing structure and processes into a facility of over 200 individuals. They should be very strong at the site level, and have a track record of building strong relationships with the shop floor level. This person must be prepared to be a key stakeholder in the change management of the site and thrive in highly entrepreneurial environments. As a member of the organization's Leadership Team, this person will have the chance to work on game-changing technologies that can and will truly impact our world and leave a legacy.
