Our client is a rapidly expanding construction firm with a focus on new build and refurbishments projects for both public and private sector clients. With a growing portfolio of projects, they're seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to help take their operations to the next level.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Reporting into the Managing Director, you'll take charge of overseeing daily operations, coordinating teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee multiple construction projects from planning to handover.
  • Streamline operational processes to maximise efficiency and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, fostering a safe work environment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and performance of team members.
  • Monitor project KPIs, budgets, and deadlines, providing regular progress reports to the leadership team.
  • Identify and implement strategies to improve operational performance.
