Overseeing daily activities of the site including managing and implementing schedules to ensure deadlines are met and ensures delivery of high-quality products.
Develops and implement policies and procedures required for improved processes and maximum
Enhance the performance management process for all direct reports, encompassing leadership effectiveness and opportunities for career development.
Formulates and executes the necessary policies and procedures aimed at enhancing processes and achieving optimal output.
Ensure a secure and healthy workplace by developing, adhering to, and implementing standards and procedures, while also complying with legal requirements.
