This role will see the suitable candidate manage the day to day operations of the business, working to maintain a safe environment for both the public and your colleagues. You will have to be forward thinking with regard to future events to further bolster revenue for the business.

The Role:

• 8 - 5:30 Flexible shift pattern with one weekend day involved
• Lead HR meetings regarding performance reviews and recruitment
• Drive performance and ensure KPI's are met through planning and event organisation
• Implement new projects and events alongside the directors and managers to further increase revenue
• Ensure all health and safety is in line with legal and regulatory compliance and policy

The Person:

• Proven experience in the leisure or hospitality industry
• Experience within a similar position
