Operations Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Smethwick. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, optimize processes, manage staff, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Responsibilities include coordinating recycling and processing activities, maintaining equipment, scheduling maintenance, managing budgets, and collaborating with other departments to achieve efficiency and productivity goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the recycling or manufacturing industry


• Strong knowledge of process optimization, staff management, and equipment maintenance


• Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations


• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills


• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities


• Ability to work well under pressure and make informed decisions


• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
