Operations Manager - Glasgow
We are seeking an experienced�Coating and Blasting Operations Manager�to join our team in Glasgow. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of coating and blasting operations across multiple sites.
Key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing operational plans to meet business objectives;


• Leading a team of coating and blasting operatives to deliver high-quality results;


• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental policies and procedures;


• Monitoring performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of painting and coating specifications, blasting and surface parameters, and painting techniques. They will also hold relevant qualifications such as ICORR or TTP/ICATS Supervisor Card.
