Hello, The Recruitment Co are currently recruiting for an Operations officer in the CASS and Reconciliations department, to work for an established, growing business in the Blackpool area.

Operations officer - CASS and Reconciliations salary: �23,400 + Excellent benefits

Operations officer - CASS and Reconciliations hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm, 37.5 hours a week **Hybrid after probation**

Operations officer - CASS and Reconcilliations summary/job purpose :
To reconcile all forms of transactions in accordance with regulatory guidelines and company procedures as well as
administration support within the CASS Reconciliation Department.

Role Responsibilities

• To complete the daily Internal Client Money Reconciliation and Internal Asset Reconciliation.
• To raise and identify CASS breaches, investigating with other lines of business when required.
• To monitor our key CASS controls on a daily basis
• Working with the business to minimise and clear outstanding reconciling items.
• Ensuring all internal departmental controls are secure, accurately maintained, reconciled, and correctly reported.
• Responsible for maintaining departmental INVU procedures.
• Adhoc project work as required.
• Dealing with outstanding procedures from old HH processes
• Assisting in gathering information together for internal and external auditors
• Participate in CASS related projects.
• To ensure all swift messages are processed correctly and are up to date.
• Be proactive in developing your knowledge of the industry and the market. Undertake and record relevant
  Continuous Professional Development (CPD) to develop knowledge and skills.
