Operations Shift Manager

We are delighted to partner with an exciting Distribution business in the South Yorkshire area to recruit an Operations Shift Manager.

As an Operations Shift Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Operations. Your primary responsibilities will be ensuring the effective management of people, daily/weekly productivity, quality, Health & Safety and drive change through continuous improvement. This role is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your leadership skills and contribute significantly to a continually growing business.

You will lead a team of up to 40 direct reports, fostering a strong safety culture, ensuring high standards of quality, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will have proven experience in leading teams within an operations, distribution or manufacturing environment.
