As they continue to expand our operations, they are seeking a talented Operations Specialist to join their dynamic team and contribute to their growth and success.Position Overview: As an Operations Specialist for this firm, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our digital assets trading infrastructure. You will work closely with various teams to ensure the smooth execution of processes and procedures, with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital assets and blockchain technology, along with exceptional organizational and analytical skills. KeyResponsibilities:• Manage and oversee operational processes related to digital assets trading, custody, and settlement.• Monitor transaction activity and perform reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of data.• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and optimize operational efficiency.• Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for process improvement and automation.• Assist with onboarding new clients and providing ongoing support and guidance.• Develop and maintain documentation of operational procedures and best practices.• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and developments related to digital assets.• Coordinate with external partners, including exchanges, custodians, and service providers, including Fireblocks, Copper, Ceffu, Bitgo and others.• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues from clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.• Assist with compliance efforts, including KYC/AML procedures and reporting requirements.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations or related roles within the financial services industry, preferably with exposure to digital assets or blockchain technology.• Strong understanding of digital assets, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain technology.• Practical and provable experience with Fireblocks, Copper or an equivalent custody solution.
