Salary: �33,509.00
Hours: 40 hours per week
Reporting to the Operations Manager you will oversee and coordinate the activities of your team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the operation.�
Your Tasks
- Leading and managing and team to achieve and exceed SLAs
- Distributing work orders and ensuring the workload of the employees
- Steering, coordinating, and implementing processes as well as planning the daily business activities�
- First point of contact for all process and technical faults and forwarding of reports to the involved departments
- Identifying issues or problems and initiating corrective measures and success control
- Ensuring SLA compliance
- Working in the SAP system
- Participating in resource planning (staff and infrastructure)
- Creating and evaluating reports
- Ensuring the quality and service level specifications�
- People management activities
Your Profile�
- Experience of working with computerised systems
- Experience and understanding of working in a temperature-controlled environment an advantage
- Able to demonstrate reliability, good time management and organisation skills
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Good numerical skills and record keeping skills.
- Able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
- Show the ability to take ownership of an issue, seeing it through from start to finish in a professional manner.
- Strong customer focus.
