Description

The role of Operations Team Leader in Birmingham will involve:

• Working Friday-Monday (Friday-Sunday 06:00-18:00 and Monday 18:00-06:00)
• Leading and managing a team of operational colleagues
• Overseeing operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Regular and effective communication with the customer
• Implementing process improvements within the department
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Coordinating with other departments to optimise operations and procedures
• Monitoring and reporting on team performance
• Handling any escalated customer service issues

A successful Operations Team Leader should have:

• A proven track record in a leadership role within a warehouse environment
