Operations Team Leader

Volantes Technical Recruitment are seeking an Ops team leader for a world class marine client who has a presence in the offshore, renewables and defence sectors

This role will be a full time role working in Aberdeen reporting to the Director of Sales.

Role Purpose and Department Purpose

Operating the Hire Rentals business, coordinating the hire admin team and the workshop supervisor operations to best serve customers worldwide, operating from the Aberdeen base. This involves a comprehensive 360-degree approach from equipment dispatch to final invoicing upon satisfactory return. Ensure operational success, quality and efficiency by implementing strategies relating to the client.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Proficient in independently configuring and operating various Sonardyne equipment, with the expertise to support customers and instill confidence in their selection and setup of appropriate equipment to meet their needs.

ERP and CRM systems (e.g., Syspro/CRM)

Preparing reports on team activities and asset usage, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.

Experience working in a continuous improvement

Previous experience in mentoring or training team members.��

Qualifications Required�
