What you'll be doing
Think Customer
To ensure our customers sensitive data is handled alongside data protection/compliance policies

Be discrete about each brands business, not divulging information to outside parties

To support the operation and escalate any issues with stock or orders via the Inventory Manager

Uphold a professional and friendly telephone manner when speaking to both customers and colleagues providing them with quality and accurate information

Aim High
To maintain a high standard of personal presentation at all times

To liaise effectively with brands, suppliers and 3PLs to support the operation where necessary

To ensure a team spirit is carried throughout all aspects of the role and across all brands

To maintain a high level of standards within the office at all times

Be Real
To ensure data input is carried out promptly and accurately

To adhere to all company guidelines and procedures and ensure that all data is held correctly as per the company paperwork retention policy and audit guidelines

To be flexible in supporting where necessary and be available to work days outside the normal hours of contract including bank holidays and weekends in line with the needs of the business.

Experience & Qualifications :
Previous experience in a Customer Service / Administration environment

Knowledge of warehouse management systems

Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to explain complex information to a wide range of audiences

Proven ability to influence the confidence of stakeholders

Can demonstrate professional credibility and articulate communication

Ability to undertake work of a complex nature and be comfortable with ambiguity

Working Pattern:
Working hours will be Monday to Friday, working 8am-5pm each day and will include Bank Holiday working. Some Saturday working may be required and will be agreed in advance with your manager.
