Site Operative - Kendal, Cumbria

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Site Operative to join our successful new build housing developer. The ideal candidate will be committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment while supporting various tasks on construction sites.

Duties:

• 
  

  Assist in the day-to-day operations on site, including site preparation and maintaining cleanliness.

  
  


• 
  

  Operate and maintain machinery and tools in accordance with health and safety guidelines.

  
  


• 
  

  Support supervisors and other team members in completing tasks on time and to the required standard.

  
  

Experience:

• 
  

  Previous experience working on construction sites or in a similar manual labor role.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to follow safety procedures and operate machinery safely.

  
  


• 
  

  Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
