Optical Design Engineer - Buckinghamshire - Up To £50,000 + Benefits - Ref 1745
I am currently recruiting for an Optical Design Engineer to work for a cutting-edge technology company based in Buckinghamshire Salary up to £50,000 + Benefits.
The organisation has been in operation for almost 30 years and are leaders within the design, development, and manufacture of their highly intelligent products. As a business they turnover north of £5m, they design on a bespoke basis taking client specifications and designing their product from start to finish.
In line with demand for their design expertise and to support the business with their growth plans they have the need to appoint another Optical Design Engineer on a permanent basis.
In this role as an Optical Design Engineer, you will design and develop bespoke products for a variety of clients, spanning all types of industries. You will work as part of a team, on bespoke requirements, working to deadlines. You might work on multiple projects at one time depending on the complexity of the specification.
Ideal Requirements:
Experienced Using Zemax
A Passion or Experience in Optical Design Specific to Lenses or ImagingAdvantageous Requirements
Zoom Lens DesignThis is a fantastic opportunity for an Optical Design Engineer to work for a growing company who are working with some of the most advanced technology available. With the ambitious, but realistic plans the company has forecast there will be lots of opportunities to develop and progress internally if this appeals.
