If you're enthusiastic about technology, excel at problem-solving, and love transformation projects, this is the perfect opportunity for you!Note: Due to the nature of the work, candidates must be eligible for Security Check (SC) clearance.About the Role:As an Oracle EPM Consultant at Assistant Manager level, you will be instrumental in defining and delivering solutions for Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM). You will support cloud-enabled transformation programs, design and configure applications, manage data migrations, and provide post-go-live support. Your role will involve crafting compelling solutions for complex client problems and serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Oracle EPM products.Key Responsibilities:• Define Oracle EPM solutions leveraging best practices to meet business requirements.• Design and deliver systems, including application configuration, documentation, and data migration.• Manage testing preparation, execution, cutover, and post-go-live support.• Communicate well-thought-out solutions to complex client problems.• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Oracle EPM products.What You Need to Succeed:• Education: Degree level or equivalent.• Industry Experience: Exposure to multiple sectors, including public sector, retail, higher education, and financial services.• EPM Expertise: Minimum of 3 years in leading and delivering full lifecycle implementations of Oracle EPM Cloud products.• Technical Skills: Proficient in FP&A processes, including planning, financial close, reconciliation, data management, and other Oracle Cloud products.• Implementation Experience: Skilled in designing and implementing EPM applications, particularly EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, DM, and EDMCS. Experience with PCMCS and EPRCS is advantageous.• Finance and Accounting Knowledge: Familiarity with key processes such as general accounting, corporate consolidation, financial planning and analysis, accounts payables and receivables, fixed assets, and management reporting.Ready to take your career to the next level with a team that's driving enterprise transformation and innovation?
