SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Order Processing Administrator based in Newark, Nottinghamshire Area.
This permanent position is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their career in a thriving and supportive workplace!
Ideally you will have experience in accurately processing orders with an understanding of stock movement and control.
Experience within a previous Administration role is essential to be successful for this role. Intermediate/Advanced Excel & SAP skills are key to be successful within this role - Excel skills are a must!
Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining the relevant daily and monthly reports
- Data entry - Strong Excel skills are a must!
- General admin ad hoc tasks within the department
- Responsible for chasing customers for outstanding returns with close cooperation with the Operations Team.
- Responsible for communicating to the Sales team regarding any enquires.
- Responsible for processing all orders in Salesforce and SAP systems.
- Responsible for creating, analysing and reconciling daily, weekly and monthly Excel reports and correcting discrepancies when required.
- Receive, process, and review customer orders accurately.
- Verify order details, ensuring product availability, prices, and delivery dates.
- Process customer orders through the company's order management system.
- Maintain and update order information, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
- Communicate with customers regarding their order status, delivery timelines, and any issues or delays.
- Address customer inquiries related to orders, including order changes, cancellations, or returns.
- Provide assistance in resolving order-related issues, escalating when necessary.
- Coordinate with inventory management to ensure the products ordered are in stock.
- Update inventory levels after processing orders and returns.
- Monitor stock levels and notify relevant departments when stock is low or needs replenishment.
You must have a strong attention to detail and be able to demonstrate strong administration skills.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm (Office Based)
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000
