Customer Services - Order Processing - Internal Sales - Sales Administration - 

Our Client is a leading manufacturer of wood finishes and varnishes used for products for parquet, furniture, interior and exterior wood used by both professionals and  consumers. 

To accelerate their development in the UK market they are looking for someone to join their team to work in Customer Services/Order Processing.

Order Processor Responsibilities: 

•    Order entry using Sage and WMS Warehouse Management System 

•    Offering administration support of product and pricing within Sage.  

•    Providing Order information and support to customers 

•    Ordering Sales materials and following up with Sales Team  

•    Answering, transferring, and managing telephone calls 

 

Order Procssor Profile: 

•    Basic knowledge of Sage is preferred. 

•    Have good communication skills.  

•    French knowledge is preferred.  

•    Show accuracy and attention to detail. 

To be located either in High Wycombe or Ashford. Salary up to £30,000
