Order Processor

A hugely successful company close to Leigh town centre is looking for an Order Processing Administrator. The role offers a salary of £24,000 progressing to £25,000 after probation with lots of benefits including free parking, pension scheme, childcare vouchers and holidays that increase to 24 days plus bank holidays over time plus your birthday as an extra day off, a staff reward scheme and much more!
What will you be doing as an Order Processor?
Working in a busy and fast paced department you will be:

• Processing orders using a bespoke system
\n
• Managing queries via phone and email
\n
• Dealing with a high volume of emails and managing inboxes
\n
• Emailing to update customers on the progress of their orders
\n
• Processing amendments to orders, sending purchase orders
\n
• Updating the system and assisting with any administration tasks
\n

• Experience in a similar order processing or administration role
\n
• Excellent attention to detail
\n
• Able to work in a fast paced office and meet deadlines
\n
• Comfortable using Word, Excel and email
\n
