We’re looking for Organisational Development professional with experience in culture change and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) to join a leading financial services organisation during a period of exciting change. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a brilliant, growing team in an extremely reputable retail bank. One of two, newly created roles in the Organisational Effectiveness team you’ll be part of a team of 10, and 1 of 4 Organisational Effectiveness Partners each with their primary strategic focus, for this role the focus is Culture and DE& I. You’ll lead on the strategy and BAU delivery for culture and DE& I supported by 1 direct report, who’s focused on DE& I. You’ll have the opportunity to work on other areas within the team as project work is rotated. We’re looking for someone with: Organisational development / effectiveness background who brings experience in delivering behavioural change and building inclusive cultures.The ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams, delivering through others.
