The Organisational Effectiveness Lead will:
Work as part of an exciting change agenda to modernise ways of working in the people arena, to increase both employee and customer satisfaction.
Contribute to a programme of organisational design & development initiatives .
Take accountability for the development of an up-to-date jobs architecture and a whole business skills and capabilities framework.Profile
The successful Organisational Effectiveness Lead should have:
A background in organisational effectiveness or development
Previous experience of designing and delivering either role architecture, or skills and capability frameworks
Strong influencing & stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication skills and an ability to break down complex concepts to engage different audience groups
The ability to confidently lead projects end-to-end
A drive to collaborate and co-create with a wide range of colleagues
A strength in reasoned and logical decision making approaches
Experience of applying systems thinking in project settings
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
Previous experience in delivering HR led transformation projects would be advantageousJob Offer
On offer for the Organisational Effectiveness Lead role is:
A salary range of £45,000 to £55,000, depending on experience.
