TeamJobs is working with a leading supplier to recruit an Outbound Account Manager to join their dynamic and friendly sales team.
The Role:As an Outbound Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of B2B customer accounts-nurturing relationships, securing repeat business, and identifying new opportunities. You'll be the go-to contact for your clients, helping to position your company as one of their preferred suppliers.
This role is a great mix of relationship management and new business development. You'll need to be confident on the phone, responsive on email, and proactive in finding ways to add value to your customers.
Key Responsibilities:Own and grow a portfolio of existing and potential customers
Make proactive outbound calls to build rapport and secure sales
Identify new users and sites within your customer base to grow revenue
Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure exceptional service
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Natural relationship builder with a confident telephone manner
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-focused environment
Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Organised, reliable and proactive
Previous experience in telephone-based sales or account management
Proven track record of exceeding targets and KPIs
Experience working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
