We are recruiting for an Outbound Telephone Executive to work in our busy Middlesbrough office. We are looking for someone who has great customer service skills and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

• Identify and qualify potential new customers across a broad range of industries.


• Contact current and potential new accounts / via telephone, email and social media


• Identify client needs and special requirements and propose solutions and quotations.


• Hand over call reports to sales manager for further evaluation


• Expand and maintain a relationship with a multitude of different customers


• Maintain the highest level of customer care
