3 MONTH FTC - Possible Permenant Opportunity After
We’re looking for a confident, friendly, and persistent telesales executive to join us on a 3-month contract. You'll be the first point of contact with potential retailers—reaching out, sparking interest, and booking demos for our sales team to convert. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys the buzz of outbound calls and wants to be part of an ambitious, fast-moving startup.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Outbound Calling: Making 60–80 calls per day to retailers in our target markets
• Lead Generation: Identifying and engaging with prospective retail partners
• Booking Demos: Securing 2+ product demos per week for our Business Development Manager
• Qualification: Asking the right questions to ensure the lead is a good fit
• CRM Management: Logging activities, notes, and lead outcomes in Pipedrive
• Building Rapport: Creating a strong first impression of Renticy and building interest
• Team Collaboration: Sharing feedback and insights with the wider commercial team
What We’re Looking For
• A confident, friendly communicator who enjoys speaking to people
• Resilience and persistence—you’re comfortable handling knockbacks
• Strong organisational skills and good time management
• Previous experience in telesales, outbound calling, or lead generation
• CRM experience (Pipedrive or similar) is a bonus, but not essential
• A positive, proactive mindset—able to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of retail or SaaS helpful but not required
