Outdoor Operative | Andover Area | Up to £31K DOE

Are you looking for an active, hands-on role working outdoors? We’re hiring Outdoor Operatives to join one of Europe’s leading suppliers, where you’ll play a key role in maintaining high-quality produce and supporting essential operations.

If you have factory, manufacturing, hands-on, or warehouse experience, this could be a great next step. Spoken and written English skills are required, and you’ll need your own transport or live locally.

As an Outdoor Operative,  you’ll benefit from:

• Full training provided – previous experience preferred but not essential
• Monday-Thursday 7am-3pm, early finish on Fridays

As an Outdoor Operative, your duties will involve:

• Harvesting, planting & general crop maintenance
• Weeding, mowing & trimming grass areas
• General site maintenance & painting
• Driving the company van

As an Outdoor Operative, you’ll have:

• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Tractor licence (ideal but not essential)
• Someone who enjoys working outdoors in all weather
• Good physical fitness for manual tasks
