P/T Building Surveyor

We are recruiting n excellent opportunity for a Building Surveyor to undertake stock condition surveys on a part time basis.

Working 3 days per week (advertised salary pro rata for this)

-Undertake stick condition surveys of houses, flats and blocks

-Determine age of components

-Identification of any HHSRS issues

-Visual compliance checks

-Undertake EPC's/ collection energy efficiency data

Candidates should be an experienced surveyor who has undertaken stock condition surveys. Being a qualified energy assessor would be desirable, although not essential and the course for this can be undertaken once in post.
