Pay Rate:
Competitive pay rate - £12.95 Mon to Fri & £13.95ph at weekends.
Shift Pattern:
Mon to Friday shifts for now

9am to 3.30pm

approx 2 shifts per week to start

You must have experience of caring & supporting clients with complex needs
Your role will include:
Administering medication through peg
Monitoring and supervising sats and seizure activity
Stoma care
Support and assist with day routine and Personal care

Accompanying client to appts and trips

Maintaining and updating reports such as care plans

We're looking for:
An experienced carer/support worker with complex care experience is essential
Excellent communication skills
Compassionate, committed and reliable
A driver's licence/own transport is an advantage

Must live locally

Good professional and personal references
