P/T Regeneration Programme Manager

I'm currently looking for a part-time Interim Regeneration Programme Manager for a Local Authority in the West Midlands on an initial 12-18 month contract.
The successful candidate will have strong project/programme management experience, ideally MAPM/PRINCE2 etc as well as a relevant construction qualification i.e RICS/MCIOB etc.

The projects range from public realm to residential led mixed-use to a multi-storey car park following the demolition of a shopping centre.
