Stanton House are working with a support services business who are looking to recruit a P2P Business Analyst to support a major finance transformation initiative.This role is part of a wider change management program focused on modernising finance processes, automating manual tasks, and enhancing supplier payments.

The role:

• Working across the Finance team to lead as-is/to-be processes
• Process mapping within Finance operations and extending out into other business functions
• Helping the business and finance function to understand their current processes
• Requirements gathering
• Developing future process maps to generate improvements to service quality
• Engage with stakeholders across multiple sites to streamline processes.

The Candidate:

• P2P expertise - experience in Purchase to Pay is a must.
• Process mapping & automation - help drive the transition from manual to digital.
• Stakeholder management - ability to work cross-functionally in a structured framework.
• Attention to detail - ensuring everything links end-to-end.
