Silver Swan is collaborating with a dedicated entrepreneur to find a Traveling Personal Assistant who will provide high-level support, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience during travel. This role requires extensive travel, advanced logistical planning, and the ability to handle language barriers and foreign environments effectively. The principal is based in Soho, New York, but travels over 50% of the year. You will be required to travel with him both internationally and domestically, managing his schedule and ensuring all arrangements are handled with precision.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in a personal assistant role with extensive international travel
- Well-traveled with strong abilities in navigating foreign countries (must have)
- Exceptional organisational and logistical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Discreet, trustworthy, and reliable in handling confidential information.
- Highly adaptable and resourceful, able to anticipate and address needs
- Multilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
