Temporary PA required in Barrow-in-Furness or Kendal
Are you a skilled and organised PA seeking a new opportunity? Do you excel at minute taking and have strong diary management skills? We have an exciting temporary position available for a PA in the Barrow-in-Furness or Kendal area, whichever location works best for you!
In this role, you will have the chance to manage and maintain the diaries of the Assistant Directors in Thriving Communities. Your exceptional diary management skills will be put to good use as you ensure smooth scheduling and efficiency for the team.
As a PA, you will also be responsible for taking minutes during meetings and providing general administrative support to the team. Your ability to effectively capture and document important discussions will be vital in this role.

This is a hybrid role, where you will be based in our Barrow-in-Furness or Kendal office for three days a week and enjoy the flexibility of working from home for two days. Your working hours will be Monday to Thursday, 9 am to 5 pm, and Friday, 9 am to 4:30 pm.
Occasional travel to other offices may be required for minute taking, but this is expected to be infrequent, occurring approximately once a month. Rest assured, our client has a generous expense policy in place to cover your travel expenses.

�11.75 per hour
