Personal Assistant to Directors | Hybrid �Pertemps are currently recruiting for a PA to Directors on behalf of our long-standing client based in Telford, Shropshire on a full-time permanent basis.
�
You will be the key liaison point between our Board of Trustees and their Executive Leadership Team, dealing with a wide range of confidential communications assessing urgency and relevance. To be effective, you will need to be a great people person, motivated and an effective multi-tasker, with an excellent eye for detail.�

Salary: �26,400.00 - �28,000.00 per annum.
�
Hours: Mon-Fri | 35 hours per week
Flexibility available. �
Duties include: - Diary management and coordination and management of regular strategic meetings.
- Taking minutes in meetings.
- Providing agendas and monitoring papers.
- Providing high quality administrative support to two directors including the director general.
�Ideal Candidate: - Exceptional people person.
- Previous working experience as a PA essential.
- Excellent administration background.
- Proactive and a team player.
- Solid IT Skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent planning and delivery skills.
