Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working with a school in the Selly Oak area of Birmingham. They are looking for a PA to Headteacher, and support with operational efficiency and diary/inbox management.
Duties for PA to Headteacher include (but are not limited to):

• Co-ordinate, manage, and the Headteacher's diary and professional appointments - prioritising where needed
• Preparation of any letters or reports on behalf of the Headteacher
• Liaise with governors effectively, dealing with correspondence effectively
• Ensure any policy changes are updated on school systems and communicated properly
• Provide full administrative support, taking minutes and action points in key meetings

The successful person:

• Experience within the education industry
• +2 years as a PA in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Ability to work proactively to optimise efficiency
• Organised individual who can communicate effectively written and verbally
• Happy in the office 5 days a week
