Key Responsibilities:

• Act as first point of contact for the Directors and provide a proactive, efficient and effective administration
• Diary management, including scheduling in meetings, ensuring any travel arrangements are made
• Ensure high level administration support for meetings are covered, including preparation and distribution of agendas and any other supporting information, attending meetings to take notes
• Diarising reminders and tasks - report writing, and meetings
• Plan and manage the process for conferences and workshops
