Package Manager Export Cables

Export Cable Package Manager required for a major offshore wind developer based in England
Responsibilities
HSSE performance through design and implementation to eliminate or reduce risks during construction, operation and maintenance
Review and implementation of FEED contracts, support main asset procurement and detail design
Define, develop and successfully manage the interfaces with the rest of project packages
Undertake tender document preparation, bid reviews and evaluations, contract negotiation and complete contract execution, including claim management up to hand over to the operation team
Develop the day-to-day interaction with the Contractor to ensure adherence with the HSSE, quality, scope, budget, technical requirements and time schedule
Manage technical and commercial risks, issues and impacts of changes to the project,
Report to the Senior Project Manager on progress, issues and changes
Coordinate a multidisciplinary team to deliver the works under your responsibilitiesRequirements
Master's in Engineering with extensive experience and knowledge in submarine cable system design and installation operations
Good knowledge of current health, safety and environmental legislation
Significant and in-depth experience in Project Management of offshore submarine cables
High level of competency in contract management, claims management, negotiation techniques and dispute resolution methodologies
Highly motivated individual with a positive attitude ensuring adequate interfaces, controls and communication are established and maintained in all aspects of project management
Ability to identify a problem or conflict, identify potential solutions and evaluate the solutions leading to a recommendation for the optimum solution
Good English communication skills both written and verbal
