Packer

Premier Placements Services are recruiting for a Packer at a well-established and reputable company in Congleton.

Working 36 hours condensed into Monday-Thursday, they offer good working conditions and benefits.

Duties

• Packing in accordance with planned delivery schedules


• Ensuring product is packed at the required and correct quantity for each shipment


• Final checking of product prior to packing


• Printing and attaching product identification labels


• Loading and unloading of transport vehicles using safe manual handling techniques or using forklift truck vehicles where necessary


• Ensure that goods are off-loaded, transported, protected, stored, packed and shipped in accordance with relevant procedures

Requirements

• Experienced in working within a warehouse, packing or logistics�facility


• Experience of working with various IT systems for work loading and booking processes


• Possess� GCSE English and Mathematics or equivalent
