Paediatric Clinical Lead – Community Complex Care
Location: Southampton 
Salary: Up to £48,000 DOE + £3,000 car allowance + excellent benefits

Due to continued growth, we are expanding in the Southampton area and looking for a dedicated nurse leader to join our team!
The Role:
As a Paediatric Clinical Lead, you will provide hands-on support to children and their families while designing personalised care plans. You will work closely with a team of carers, offering training and clinical supervision to ensure high-quality, safe, and effective care.
What We’re Looking For:

• \nRegistered Children's Nurse (RSCN) with at least 6 months UK experience and an active NMC PIN\n
\n
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills to support and develop a team\n
\n
• Up-to-date experience in tracheostomy care and ventilators (within the last 2 years)
\n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with families and healthcare teams
\n
• \nBand 5 / Band 6 Nurses with proven leadership experience are welcome to apply
\n
• \nFull UK Driving Licence (desirable but not essential)
\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Develop tailored care plans to meet individual client needs
\n
• Oversee and support a team of carers, ensuring high clinical standards\n
\n
• Provide ongoing monitoring, assessments, and interventions\n
\n
• Work closely with MDTs, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to maintain bespoke care packages
\n
• Build strong relationships with children and their families
\n
