We have a range of different clients; we have diversified and now work with clients across different verticals including; Ecommerce, Retail, FMCG & Travel.Who are we looking for?We are looking for a Paid Media expert with 2 - 3 years experience with a strong grasp of both Paid Search & Paid Social campaign planning and management. You'll own the show, managing client communications via email and regular calls, with occasional in-person meetups.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign ManagementDevelop and execute Paid Search and Social strategies, collaborating with the Director in strategy review meetings.Plan, launch, and navigate campaign journeys with precision, making sure they align perfectly with client briefs and our standards.Optimise campaigns for direct response, troubleshoot errors and meet client targets efficiently.Client ManagementServe as the day-to-day client contact, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of clients, their customers, and campaign goals.Build strong client relationships, promptly address queries, and lead client calls with valuable insights.Execute Best Practices, regularly reviewing clients' advertising accounts, showing an understanding of campaign context, activation details, and upcoming initiatives.Lead weekly/bi-weekly or monthly meetings to deliver valuable insights and strategic guidance.Team Management & DevelopmentDelegate tasks to Account Executives, managing workloads and expectations for campaign activities.Take responsibility for the technical development of the Account Executive team, providing training and feedback to enhance their skills.Skills & RequirementsPaid Search: Weave your magic in Paid Search, crafting plans and executing plans and tactics for Search & PMAX campaigns..Paid Social: Experience in planning, executing and Sales / Conversion and specifically catalogue campaigns to performance KPIs such as: CPA, ROAS.Organisational Dynamo: Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.Team Management: A coaching pro with a knack for effective team leadership and management.Presentation Magic: Confident presentation skills, delivering impact and keeping it engaging.Team Development: Proven track record of developing team members and upskilling the crew.Performance Optimisation: Proficient in fine-tuning and boosting client activities, hitting those KPIs with style.People Whisperer: A people-oriented approach with top-notch interpersonal skills.Analytical Data Nerd: Strong numerical and analytical capabilities, whether it's Excel wizardry or ‘Google Data (Looker) Studio’ finesse.Challenge Conqueror: Logical approach to challenges, tackling them proactively.Industry Explorer: Proactively explore the latest industry releases, developments, and opportunities, sharing insights internallyConfident Client manner: Shine in client servicing, delivering a blend of professionalism, clear communication, positivity, and proactive solutions to clients.If you are craving a new adventure and have big aspirations this could be a great match and we would love to speak to you!What we are offering youGet a solid & competitive paycheck and some awesome perks!Work in a friendly atmosphere where you can grow and learn exciting new things.Enjoy a £500/year training budget to keep your skills on point.Embrace the hybrid work life – we've got you covered with a laptop and home office essentials.Benefit from competitive perks, including private medical insurance and 25 days of annual leave (and your birthday off)Opportunity for global remote work (for 1 month a year)Fridays are the new Saturdays, with early finishes and loads of social events.Plan for the future with our company pension scheme.Find us at 107-111 Fleet St, London – and yes, flexible workdays with 2 days in the office!How to ApplyMake yourself stand out!
