We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Paid Media Executive to join this innovative entertainment and hospitality group. With over 1,300 events a year across multiple UK and international locations, this is a fantastic opportunity to work on campaigns that drive real impact. The Paid Media Executive will play a crucial role in managing and optimising paid media campaigns to maximise ticket sales and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to enhance return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging ad content, including copy, images, and videos.
  • Manage budgets effectively to ensure cost-efficient and high-performing campaigns.
  • A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in paid media.
  • Collaborate with event planners and the wider marketing team to align paid campaigns with overall event strategies.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in paid media, ideally within events, entertainment, or hospitality.
  • Proven experience managing successful paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting platforms.
  • Knowledge of audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • A passion for events and an understanding of audience demographics within the industry.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with Meta Dynamic Local Ads.
