Paid Media LeadSalary: £35,000- £45,000Location: About the Role:We are collaborating with an award-winning agency to find a Senior Paid Media Manager. In this role, you will be a pivotal member of the digital marketing team, supporting all aspects of digital marketing from a paid media perspective. This position is ideal for a Paid Media Manager or someone with similar experience in an agency setting. You will work with both B2C and B2B clients, requiring confidence in client interactions, strong technical knowledge in paid social and paid search, and the ability to develop and implement creative advertising strategies.You will be part of the Paid Media team, reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, and will be responsible for crafting and executing paid media strategies, managing advertising accounts (primarily paid social across Meta, Pinterest, & TikTok, and paid search on Google and Microsoft Ads) for key clients.Key Reports, Duties & Responsibilities:Develop, execute, manage, and implement paid media strategies that support client goals.Manage and optimize a wide range of digital channels including paid search, paid social, display, and SEO.Support and train junior members of the team.Report to Account Managers/Project Leads for client deliverables.Build strong working relationships with clients to create paid advertising strategies that deliver tangible and stable results for clients’ KPIs.Perform the full suite of paid media tasks: assisting with strategy, crafting new campaigns, suggesting new creative, writing ad copy, advising clients on performance improvements, and regular optimization.Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, prioritizing and utilizing time effectively.Key Skills & Experience Required:A minimum of 4 years of experience delivering paid media campaigns for clients.Confidence in reporting on both forecasts and weekly/monthly performance and presenting the findings to clients.Excellent analytical skills and confidence working with data (first-party and GA4) to find insights and manage advertising accounts effectively.A commercial understanding of the agency model and how advertising accounts can deliver a positive ROI to clients.Excellent communication skills, comfortable explaining advertising best practices and strategies in a simple, non-technical way to a variety of audiences.Experience managing substantial budgets and campaigns across a variety of digital advertising channels, including paid search, paid social, display, and video.Proven experience of delivering paid media campaigns with excellent results for customers, with demonstrable ROI from past projects.Experience working across both the creative and analytical aspects of paid media to assist the wider paid media team.Experience with forecasting performance for clients and pitches.Ability to translate performance reports and other research into actionable and priority insights.Confidence in the analysis and reporting of paid media data, using tools including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.Confidence in contributing to pitch decks to win new clients for the agency.
