OBJKTS Jewelry is a London-based contemporary jewelry brand on a mission to create high quality, versatile jewelry that is accessible to all.

Following up on the continuous business growth, we are looking to expand our paid media channels and improve performance on existing ones. We would like to work with someone who has at least 4 years of experience in online performance media, across paid search, social and affiliates.

The person we’re looking for should be very enthusiastic, an expert in optimising social and search channels and who is able to build a new box rather than think outside it. You will need to forecast and craft media plans that are designed to yield exceptional results.

With a focus on driving new customers and retaining existing customers, they will be responsible for rolling out best-practice across set-up, execution, and content optimisation. This role is pivotal to our wider business strategy as we look to grow in a number of markets, including UK and US, as well as expand our category share of market in different niche jewellery verticals. The role will help deliver better measurement of paid media channels, proving out incrementality and driving content excellence.

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Formulate the paid media strategy for each channel
• Manage budgets on a day-to-day basis
• Report on and analyze campaign performance
• Share insights and knowledge with the team
• Create new campaigns and creative optimization
• Segment and target audiences effectively
• Handle day-to-day digital marketing operations (e.g., removing filters, changing bid strategies, etc.) across all paid advertising channels, including but not limited to Google, Meta, TikTok, affiliates and YouTube and report on these channels
• Create and then automate campaign reports
• Collaborate with the wider Marketing team to improve the quality and consistency of campaigns as well as with product and customer service teams

Essential Skills:

• Experience in digital marketing account management; with previous accountability for monthly ad media spend that exceeds £100,000 a month
• Proven business grow from paid media channels preferably against e-commerce brands
• Must have active certificates for the following Google exams: AdWords Fundamentals, Search Advertising, Shopping Advertising, Display advertising, Mobile Advertising, Video Advertising and Google Analytics.
• An in-depth knowledge and experience in Facebook Snapchat Twitter YouTube VK Programmatic platforms (e.g. DV360, Trade Desk etc.)
• Ability to analyse campaign performance and key on-site metrics using Google Analytics
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g. complex formulae and PivotTables)
• A good understanding of wider marketing principles: understanding user journeys and how to influence them through paid campaigns, implementing effective marketing messaging at all stages of the funnel
• Ability to adapt quickly to ever-changing technologies and environment
• Strong presentation skills and excellent communication skills, being able to talk confidently on marketing platforms and tactics
•  Experience using Googles 360 products / DoubleClick (Search Ads 360, Display and Video 360, Analytics 360 etc.)

Hours: Full time (part-time hours will be considered), Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 per annum
