Paid Search Account DirectorLeeds - Hybrid £55,000 - £60,000I am currently working with a Leeds based Digital agency, who are looking to expand their Paid Media offering. A such, I am looking to speak with individuals who are at Senior Account Manager level looking for their next challenge, or experienced Account Directors.About the company...A digital first agency who, over the past ~10 years have acquired a number of full service clients. As their reputation in the digital space has grown, they now have a number of clients who are looking at using Search functions as part of their wider marketing strategy. A vibrant agency spanning across a number of different industries, they now pride themselves as being one of the sought after places to work in 2024. This company considers each and every hire very carefully, meaning the team turnover is few and far between. They take great pride in the work environment they have created and are now looking for individuals who are ready to step up their career and take the agency to the next level.About the role...Due to recent expansion and future plans to really carve out a a knowledgeable Search team, we are looking for somebody who knows their stuff when it comes to SERPS and PPC. Your knowledge on organic search such as SEO will also be fairly extensive. Your team will compromise of executives, juniors, managers and analysts. You will also be given the opportunity in time to be actively involved in the recruitment process to build a strong paid search team.You will still be involved in end-to-end paid search strategy from taking the brief from the Senior Leadership team, to creating a plan of action, assigning tasks to your team, ideation, sign offs and analysis of figures to present back to the client and internal directors. You can expect to work very closely with other Head's of / Account Directors in different silo's within the business to ensure you are collaborating seamlessly. The aim is to grow and develop the existing portfolio that the agency has (which is very sizeable!) but to take the lead on developing new ideas, business and opportunities.About you...My client is looking to speak with experienced paid search individuals who can be a a Senior Paid Media Manager looking to take the next step or a seasoned Account Director - looking for a new challenge. You will have at least 6 or 7 years experience in Paid (you may even have some knowledge of other Paid methods such as Social) and at least 2 of those most recent years will have been with a paid search focus. You will have demonstrable experience working across a range of different internal teams to be part of the bigger picture when it comes to meeting deadlines and hitting targets.Of course, all of this will be done with the brands mission, vision and focus at the forefront but you will also be expected to be a big, creative thinker who is super organised within strategy planning.
