A boutique London Agency are looking for a Paid Search Manager to work across a mix of fashion and retail brands. Due to the size of the agency you will get freedom and autonomy to do the absolute best work for your clients. You will play a pivotal role in setting up and continuously optimising paid media campaigns to achieve clear ROI targets for each client. This is a very client facing role, so it is important that you enjoy fostering strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage high-quality Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns for clients ensuring they are aligned with their business objectives.Provide strategic direction for paid media activities for a variety of exciting brands within the retail space.Build and manage paid campaigns on social media platforms, including Meta and TikTokPlan 12-month campaign strategies for each channel and campaign type.Execute campaign builds and optimisations across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook.Stay abreast of PPC developments, actively research, test, and propose innovative approaches to enhance PPC services.Collaborate on strategies with Managing Directors and Senior leaders.Directly manage a PPC Account Executive responsible for administrative tasks.Skills/Experience:Extensive experience working with Google Ads, Bing Ads and Meta. Also proficiency in Google Analytics. Solid understanding of marketing, both online and offline approaches, with the ability to effectively communicate strategies to clients.Working knowledge of PPC, SEO, Web Analytics, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Bing Ads qualifications.Familiarity with Kenshoo software is preferable.Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Google Data Studio.Proficient organizational skills and a proven ability to execute successful PPC strategies.Excellent communication and presentation skills.This agency really look after their employees and people stay working there for a really long time.
