About the RoleReporting directly into PHD’s Head of Social Activation, the Biddable Director is responsible for all Paid Social planning and activation across their client remit. They will deliver best in class thinking and output for their clients and assist with new business responses for their channel. The Biddable Director will support the Head of Social Activation and Head of Biddable to set expectations across the team, defining brilliant BAU and work closely with media and technology providers to ensure best practices are adhered to and a continued strive towards excellence.We’re looking for someone who has proven expertise in managing clients and teams within Paid Social with a focus on driving commercial results and ROI for clients. The role requires someone who can bring operational excellence and strategic thinking to the PHD Paid Social team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience nurturing, developing and managing highly motivated and efficient teams as well as demonstrable experience in managing well-informed, knowledgeable and highly driven clients.About YouThe person we’re looking for will be a key figure in fostering interest and excitement for social opportunities within the agency. You’ll continuously look for opportunities to drive commercial growth for the agency and the Media Experience team through cross sell and upsell opportunities and by also playing a key role in driving new business with involvement and attendance at agency pitches.Work closely with wider channel leads and activation teams within Media Experience to develop processes and tactics to integrate Paid Social into the wider media mix including Search, Programmatic, AV, Ad Operations, Analytics, Partnerships and ATL.Build trust and take ownership of client relationships at senior levels; ensuring activation performance and business performance targets are dually met.Support in developing the relationship with media partners such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest and Snap to drive alpha/beta product agency selection and team adoption.Develop strong partnership-based relationships with media partners; continuously looking for ways PHD can leverage media owners to further agency growth and promotion.Be Your Best Statement We want everyone to make the most of the opportunity to shine and showcase your talents and we are happy to make adjustments in the recruitment process so you can be your best.
