We’re young, ambitious and we have some serious investment behind us. Our future starts now…About the RoleFootballco is looking for a Paid Social Executive to join our paid social team. The position will focus on online ad trafficking and strategy for Footballco’s branded content. This includes static and video content to be optimised across multiple platforms (primarily Meta, YouTube and TikTok). This will require daily interaction with our internal teams such as Client Services, Sales, Ad Operations, Social, and our external clients and platform partners to ensure consistent and smooth delivery of all advertising campaigns. As a member of the strategy team, you will work closely with our creative strategy and commercial content teams to deliver distribution strategies that deliver for our brand partners. You will have the opportunity to work with the Paid Social Manager to develop general social and publishing strategy as we build the world’s biggest and best football publishing business.You will be based in London and will report to our Paid Social Manager.What You'll be doing:Supporting on all aspects of paid social implementation including campaign creation, tracking, optimisation and reporting for Footballco branded content partners and key Footballco accounts across social (Meta, YouTube, X/Twitter, Tiktok)Ensuring best practice and optimisations are implemented correctly to achieve desired performance and, in most cases, strict targets.Develop platform expertise and support with developing content distribution strategies for internal teams and external clients.Continually test and evaluate new strategies, tactics, and partnerships to evolve and improve our product offeringDemonstrate strong budget management capabilities, ensuring social channels remain within budget and hit performance KPIsBe curious, flexible, and willing to get involved in general social business.What You Have:A minimum of 1 year of media buying with specific paid social experienceExpert analytics skills and a strong attention to detail. A love of data and desire to interrogate data to find insights then deliver those insights to relevant teams and stakeholdersExcellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines at onceExpert knowledge of digital media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat)Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills - with a focus on being able to build & updated documents to rapidly analyse reporting dataExperience and comfort in communicating with different audiences, tailoring messages accordinglyPossess strong interpersonal skills, particularly influencing and listening skillsExperience preparing and analysing campaign insights to partnersStrong business knowledge and ability to use creative thinking to resolve problems and/or roadblocks as they occur, and know when to escalatePreferred Qualifications/ExperienceManaged and maintained media distribution for either a publisher or a portfolio of client accountsFootballco is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
