Paid Social - Performance Creative Manager - £32-40k (Dependant on experience)This isn't your standard paid social role. This also isn't an M&S advert.This is for the creatives with a performance marketing background. If you have over 2 years of experience in paid social and a keen eye for performance-driven creative, this role is for you.Brands in our portfolio include Clothes Doctor, Bennett Winch, Scape, Nemo Travel, and Fantasy Football Hub.‘The Farrer team are super friendly, really proactive and we’ve had some great success over the past 18 months, for me, it’s been one of the best experiences working with agencies.’ Ellie Purvis, ScapeKey Responsibilities:Paid Social KPI & Budget Management:Conduct regular strategic paid social account sessions for our client base to ensure optimal budget allocation for KPI delivery.Analyse campaign and audience strategy to identify opportunities for KPI improvement.Monitor budget pacing and make adjustments as necessary to maximise performance.Liaise with clients on these performance indicators via email and during meetings. Campaign implementation where necessary. Paid Social Creative Analysis:Analyse and report to the team and clients on the performance of current creatives.Identify successful creative elements and areas for improvement to inspire new creative concepts. Define key metrics for evaluating creative performance, such as hook rate, and develop reporting for easy performance tracking.Creative Briefing & Concepting:Plan and pitch creative ad concepts to clients in line with their sales objectives. Utilise platforms like Foreplay for project briefing and client collaboration.Streamline and optimise the briefing process to improve efficiency.Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the creative process.Creative Network Management:Brief creative projects out to our freelance network. Manage freelancers in alignment with client budgets and project timelines.Expand and nurture the freelancer network to ensure access to diverse skill sets.Oversee creative project management via Monday.com to coordinate tasks and deadlines with freelancers and clients. Inspiration & Thought Leadership:Stay updated on industry trends and emerging creative styles.Monitor advertising and marketing trends, particularly within the Meta Ads ecosystem.Attend webinars and events focused on creative innovation and thought leadership.The Package:Hybrid working options.Unlimited holiday.Learning and development opportunities.Pension scheme.Monthly team social events.A range of additional perks.Provided MacBook and second screen.Home office setup support.Competitive salary dependent on experience.
